I’ve been reading a lot about positive affirmations and how they can help increase one’s self-esteem. I started with simple, yet powerful statements that have contributed to my mental health wellness. I share them daily (truthfully, almost daily) with my family.
Positive affirmations refer to the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment through repeating positive statements or phrases to yourself. Positive thinking contributes to a more fulfilling life due to a positive mental attitude. (should I say positive one more time?)
I have put these statements (positive affirmations) into little image cards and I thought to share them with you, in case you too, found them helpful.
